It is also the first multi-tenant data center in the U.S. to receive the prestigious Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification – meaning 100% of Fortune’s tenants are LEED Gold.
Rather than paying a green premium, Fortune’s tenants also receive 100% of the cost savings that result from energy efficiency. So it’s no surprise that Phase I at Fortune was fully leased within six months of completion.
