Fortune San Jose has served over 100,000,000 kilowatt-hours of critical load with 100% uptime since Level 5 Commissioning in February, 2009.

Fortune provides every tenant with a 100% uptime SLA for critical load availability and environmental quality. The company has never had an SLA event.

Fortune’s San Jose and Oregon facilities meet or exceed the toughest industry standards for data centers in all operational categories of availability, security, connectivity, and physical resilience. All of the data center capacity is Level 5 commissioned for performance and capacity by an independent third party.

Availability Mission:

Fortune was founded with the ambition to be an industry leader in efficiency and innovation. The San Jose facility was fully leased within months of commissioning and has operated with 100% uptime since coming online. Fortune San Jose has also produced annual PUE improvements and power cost reductions, both of which result in lower operating costs for our tenants.

Concurrently maintainable with an overall availability consistent with Tier III systems.  Fortune relies on industry standard component types and sizes.  Our processes and sequences are based on “tried and true” methods.

Our staffing philosophy is to attract & retain seasoned professionals. There are significant minimum levels of required experience for skilled positions, and we like everyone to act like an owner.  We believe in safety and invest heavily in training. The company has had no voluntary turnover since inception and has logged over 200,000 man hours worked to date with no work days lost to injury from construction / operational incidents.
