The minimum size conductors for a 100 amp sub-panel is 3 AWG copper or 1 AWG aluminum, unless using type TW or UF conductors which would then require 1 AWG copper or 1/0 aluminum. Then using #6 wire for the final 25 feet to the motor home satisfies the requirement to keep the #6 wire under 100 feet.
